Terms and conditions of the Sue Ricks Academy Membership site.

1. You can be a member for as long as you wish and there is no minimum membership period – you can cancel at any time, however please note there are no refunds for unused time from your current month’s subscription.
2. All accounts are for one individual only. This is for your use and your use alone, no one else can be given access to, shared with or offered participation. All accounts are monitored, any account found to be in breach of these terms will be suspended with no refund issued.
3. SueRicks.com may suspend access to the website, due to maintenance works, net security reasons or force majeure with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended, we will of course aim to keep disruption to a minimum and where possible advise all members via email of any period of downtime of more than 12 hours.
4. SueRicks.com has the right to deny membership as they see fit.
5. Access to the Site is strictly controlled by SueRicks.com who reserves the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove content from it without prior notice.
6. You may only use this website for your own personal use and you are not permitted to use the material contained to teach others. All material within the membership site is copyrighted to SueRicks, or to the original author. If you wish to use any of the material in the site for teaching and/or commercial purposes please contact Sue Ricks directly at suericks@suericks.com to discuss your requirements.
7. The use of any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this website by any means is prohibited

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing material with others, posting excerpts of material on any social media, blogging about the material, or in any other way that would reasonably appear to share the Site or Service’s information with a non-member. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

12. Upon subscribing, your account name and email address will be added to our members mailing list. This is primarily used for account & content notifications and occasional spceial offers. Your details will not be sold to third parties, we love privacy.
