Courses

Course bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All course fees are non-transferrable.
• For course booking cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the course start date refunds will be provided but a cancellation charge of 25% of the course fee will apply. All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing either by post or email (see contact page for address details).
• For course booking cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the course start date course fees cannot be refunded.
• A full refund will be provided where the School cancels the course.

Returns Policy

Sue Ricks: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. We always do our best to ensure that the products are the same as our original descriptions, although sometimes differences do occur.

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with a copy of your original purchase details) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.

Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used. Our website guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
