"I first came for treatment after reading an article in the
Daily Mail. I was in a mess having had agoraphobia for two years. I
had been through all the usual channels of doctors, counsellors and
medication.
After speaking to you, the next challenge was how to get to see
you. Your advice was invaluable, and I made it! I allowed myself to
be taken into the little warm haven of your clinic, and I remember the
comfort of being there. I remember feeling safe, and that was the beginning
of my recovery.
Each time I came I seemed to move on, and sometimes I galloped on.
I started to notice things around me and actually start to find myself
again. I can't believe how far I have travelled. It has been a joy to
return to life and I have learnt so much that has enriched me. I can
now go out and about as I want and am even learning how to do this myself
with you. Thanks for everything."

Treatments
A treatment of Reflexology using the Gentle Touch Technique
lasts for approximately one hour. On the first visit the client
is asked some basic details about their health and then settled
comfortably into a reclining chair. The Practitioner uses a very
light oil to gently massage both feet. The treatment feels like
an extremely light, pleasurable and soothing foot massage with
no pain or major discomfort. Contrary to some people's expectations
it does not tickle or hurt. It is a lovely foot massage that is
particularly good for you.
The Practitioner will assess the feet to give indications of
how best to help the client and then gently massage all areas
of the feet. The Practitioner will be feeling for minute variations
in the foot, skin and tissue. Practitioners will vary their treatment
according to information gained from the client and observations
of the feet (including shape, temperature, colour and general
appearance.
Some clients find the treatment so relaxing that they go to sleep,
whilst others take the opportunity to talk. All clients are encouraged
to have a rest in the chair after the treatment, to allow the
healing to continue before they leave to continue their lives.
Sometime relaxing music may be played during their rest.
