Reflexology

"I decided I wanted to change direction and came to train as a Gentle Touch ™ Reflexologist. I was delighted to get an acceptance letter following my interview and now am finding the course really quite exciting. I am meeting new people, learning about anatomy and physiology as well as the practical skills of Gentle Touch ™ Reflexology. I am very impressed with how the information is taught and am really enjoying it (whilst learning so much)."

What is the course?

Reflexology is a wonderful therapy that can help everyone. It assists people with their own healing ability and works physically , emotionally and with their energy levels. It is a therapy that dates back to the times of all the ancient cultures, including the Egyptian and Chinese.

The Gentle Touch™ technique as taught by the Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies is based on an extremely gentle technique. A light touch is used to massage the feet (or hands) to assist the body in its' own healing.
