Reflexology is a wonderful therapy that can help everyone. It assists people
with their own healing ability and works physically , emotionally and with their
energy levels. It is a therapy that dates back to the times of all the ancient
cultures, including the Egyptian and Chinese. The Gentle Touch
technique as taught by the Sue Ricks School of Complementary Therapies is
based on an extremely gentle technique. A light touch is used to massage the feet
(or hands) to assist the body in its' own healing. The
School provides the highest standards of training to Practitioner Diploma level
in all aspects required to become a highly skilled, safe and effective Practitioner
of Reflexology.
