This book is great!
As a new Mum and someone new to "Gentle Touch Reflexology" this book is great! It is very nicely set out, easy to follow with well written descriptions and diagrams. Carrying out little sessions on my baby daughter has helped soothe her and really strengthened our bond. For any parent interested in carrying out reflexology on their baby, I would thoroughly recommend this book.
